What should I wear?
Yoga is practised with bare feet so that you don’t slip on the mat. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in, such as track suit bottom and a T shirt. It’s always useful to have some socks and an extra layer to put on at the end of the class for the relaxation.
What do I need to bring?
Nothing - just yourself. All equipment is provided but if you have your own mat and prefer to use it please feel free to bring it along. You may want to bring some water with you.
Do I need to be flexible to practice yoga?
Absolutely not! Don’t worry if you can’t touch your toes or wrap yourself into a pretzel. People of all abilities, fitness and shapes can benefit from yoga so please come along and enjoy a class with like minded people.
